Don't wait to long to see us if your crown comes off. Teeth move a little every day. Without the full contour of the crown in place other teeth will start to crowd into the void. Then, when you get around to having the crown recemented, it may no longer fit. It's best to have it recemented within a week. And you usually won't need to be numb, so it's quick and easy.
